A Successful Savile Row Concours

This month’s Savile Row Concours proved to be a great success with scores of motoring and tailoring aficionados flocking to our famous street to marvel at 34 stunning cars.

The line-up of cars featured original classics and re-worked and engineered future classics. This representation of the past meeting the present was perfectly encapsulated by the site of a 1934 Barnato Hassan Bentley alongside a fully-restored 1960s Land Rover Series II that had been upgraded and converted to fully electric power by Everatti.

A number of Savile Row Bespoke Association members, including Huntsman and Dege & Skinner, took part in the concours by partnering with car manufacturers and designers and putting on exhibitions within their stores.

Best in Show was a Ferrari 166MM Barchetta, which was selected by Westminster City Lions youth organisation. Second place went to another Ferrari, a 250GT PF Coupe, and third place was taken by a Bentley 4 ¼ litre Sedanca Coupe.

The event was organised by Hothouse Media and The Pollen Estate.
