A look at the judging of this year’s Savile Row Bespoke Diploma work at the London Academy of Bespoke – always an exacting process.
The apprentices whose work made the grade will be awarded their diplomas at the Bespoke Tailors' Benevolent Association Summer Party on 10th July at the Merchant Taylors' Hall.
This year’s judges - to whom we extend our sincere thanks - were Davide Taub (pictured top left, Gieves & Hawkes), Joe Morgan (pictured top right, Chittleborough & Morgan) and Jinny Seals and Philip Parker (Henry Poole & Co).
The Savile Row Bespoke Association diploma scheme was founded in 2004 to offer young people the opportunity to train with true masters of bespoke tailoring. To date, in excess of 100 young people have graduated and gone on to practise the craft of bespoke Savile Row tailoring.
